Jule Waibel is the creator of the „unfolded universe“. She is obsessed with pleated patterns and transforming structures. The German designer is based in Berlin, Bali and NYC. Her namesake brand was established in 2014 after she graduated from the Royal College of Art London. In her studio she creates her unfolded products and carries out contractual work. Her art work includes product, interior, fashion, textile and space design projects.

Jule playfully combines objects, fashion and performance with a strong focus on geometric shapes, transformation and aesthetics. Her work is influenced by the geometry and simplicity of the Bauhaus.
