APOLLO ONLINE
With just a few songs, Apollo Online makes it clear what the plan is: good guitars, sing-along hooks, rousing compositions, and turning the multi-instrumentalist's one-man show into a brutal band.

About
The North American German grew up surrounded by the Beatles and Beethoven, educating himself musically with Coldplay and Stevie Wonder. That he, in doing so, makes the German language feel relaxed again, freeing it from its awkwardness and tension. Apollo Online does this with an ease reminiscent of Bilderbuch or Wanda, and despite the infectious lightheartedness in his language, his songs possess a compelling depth. He sings about losses and triumphs, about great love and even greater doubts. To quote him: "Nobody really knows/Let's go for a ride."
