We are proud to announce that as of September 2018, BTA has been awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification. These international standards specify requirements for an organisation’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS).
ISO 9001:2015 certification is awarded to organisations that have processes and procedures in place to ensure that standards are met in all aspects of their services. The accreditation helps businesses monitor and manage quality across the business, create satisfied customers and employees, and continually improve.
ISO 27001:2013 certification is awarded to organisations who demonstrate that their ISMS provides a systematic approach to managing sensitive company information such as financial details, intellectual property and third-party data. The organisation must also detail the application of a risk management process that encompasses people, processes and IT systems. ISO 27001:2013 certification is held by technology leaders across the globe including Google, Microsoft, Cisco Systems and Verizon. This new award complements our existing Cyber Essentials PLUS certification.
