Important information for all .com, .org, .net, .eu, .info, .biz, .name and .tv domain users
OpenSRS (TuCows) is the registrar which BTA uses for the above internet domain names. By registering such a domain name with BTA you also enter into a contract of registration with OpenSRS (TuCows) under OpenSRS's terms and conditions. This is a separate contract to any arrangement or contract you have with BTA Limited or any other third party for the provision of internet services.
BTA customers and clients registering such names are required to read and agree to OpenSRS's terms and conditions. These terms will be made available to you at the time of registration. Customers should also be aware of the associated ICANN Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy.
