Welcome to the BTA Support Centre. This area is designed to provide information, on-line help and technical details for BTA Internet Services clients.
If you are an existing BTA IT Support client and need help or assistance—or if you are a BTA Internet Services client and have a problem or require help on a specific issue not covered here—please call us on 0845 467 0006 or contact us via email at helpdesk@bta.com. Our standard office hours are 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Contract support clients with out-of-hours support should use their given contact channel(s) for all support requests.
