We are currently experiencing a power failure at the Wandsworth office. This is affecting the office telephone and email systems, plus two legacy web servers (w2kweb01 and unixweb01).

Primary RADIUS functionality is also impaired for Broadband DSL users - secondary RADIUS is operational but DSL users are advised not to disconnect or reboot their routers at this time as a precaution.

Data centre, email and other hosting services are not affected. More details will be posted when known. We apologise for any inconvenience caused

UPDATE: 17:30 UK - The power issues at Wandsworth have been resolved and the BTA office telephone and email systems are functioning correctly again.
