Our wholesale DSL partner has informed us of an issue with their network which caused end-user broadband sesssions to drop.

Most users should have automatically reconnected, but if you are still having issues connecting please power down your router for 15 minutes and try again. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

UPDATE: 14:45 UK. Our wholesale provider informs us that all user sessions should have fully redeployed. If problems persist, please power down your router, wait for 10 minutes and then attempt reconnection. Thank you.
