Managing the complete lifecycle of your hardware, software and IT solutions is made easier when working with BTA. Our approach is one of complete Product Lifecycle Management: our capabilities encompass all facets from the planning, supply and implementation of IT solutions all the way through to decommissioning and correct disposal.
We maintain accreditations with the leading industry vendors including Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, Dell, Juniper, NetGear and Hewlett Packard (HP) and we can advise and help source, supply as well as install and fully maintain your key IT systems and network services.
We also work with accredited and approved partners at the end of the lifecycle too, ensuring that systems are decommissioned and disposed of properly according to best practise and regulations such as Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and the Data Protection Act 1998. Part of this process is our data destruction service which complies with US Department of Defence Standard 5220.22-M. Level 7 format which ensures that any sensitive data can never fall into the public domain.
